Legal in Virginia.The law is a farm use vehicle can be driven up to 75 miles from the owners farm as long as its used for farm use and also some other things like going to the grocery store,dump etc.Must be identified as FARM USE OR FARM VEHICLE on the vehicle.Can buy the tags at TSC,Farm Bureau office etc or paint your own farm use on the vehicle.Has to be titled in the owners name but no insurance is required by the state but crazy not to have it.I run a couple Farm Use trucks.
