100% right. When something goes wrong with the old, you pull it up to the shop and fix it. When something goes wrong with the new, you call the technician and wait for him to come out day after tomorrow. He needs to hook it up to diagnostic computer and tell you he needs to have truck come out and haul it to shop. Truck shows up end of day and hauls it in so they can start on it in morning. They do analyzing and determine it is in some circuit board behind the consul. Takes 2 guys all day to remove half the cab interior. They will take it out tomorrow and send it away. Should have board back end of next week. Takes a day to put it back together only to find out that wasn't the problem. Takes them next two days to finally track down problem and correct it. You can come pick it up tomorrow after you pay the $8600 bill.
