I have a 1550 set up like the original poster with a 4 bank open center valve,it has a relief setting as do most any valves these days and the tractor will also bypass even using the power beyond.I bottom the cylinder out all the time when lower and raising the baler gate.Used it all last Summer baling with no problems. The likely hood of using the tractor remotes at the same time as the Power Beyond remotes is slim.Anyway the tractor remotes won't release pressure on a cylinder even if the tractor is shut off.Have you ever actually run one of these tractors?
