Dad had a '56 F350 single rear wheel pickup, had for the time, odd-ball tires, like a 7.50x17. The ribbed frt tires were available, but only those knobbed drive tires still around in the early 1960's when he had it. They were just a little worse than terrible. The slightly longer than normal wheelbase made the rearend really light, and the 292 V8 and 4-speed made for lots of wheel speed when spinning the tires.
