Took hyd cylinder to machine shop. Would not fix. Said if welded the oring inside would burn up. Tried JB weld. Did not hold as cylinder was loose on the casting. Neighbor said bring it over. He spot welded with mig. I had snow in a rag on cylinder to keep it cool while welding. Then put JB weld on. Used tractor today cleaning snow for 2 hours. So far so good,not leaking.. Save $1000. If it will start to leak again will weld completely around while holding snow or ice on to keep it from burning oring..
