No this friend was older. The man with the 10 acre horse ranch is a survivor of cancer. Post beam barn is still standing. He worked inside the house this winter. The rooms he worked are looking fantastic considering the house was built in 1900. Barn was built in 1914. We stopped the barn from falling down. Only wish he had the money to put the barn back to its original glory.
I've had too many things going on to help him like I used too.
Not only did we save the barn we cleared 5 acres of a jungle. Terramite got a good workout. We cut many trees, grape vines and honeysuckle. George
