That’s a great combo. The 5440 plow was made specifically for the 770s and 880s. Really hard to find one today. It was a non-steerable semi-mounted plow. My grandfather had exactly the same rig. His came with a 4-14 plow, but he removed one. 3-14s were a good load in our part of the world. I was a kid when it was in use, but he said it did a good job. The small tail wheel was a caster or “crazy” wheel and it really took a beating, as the plow would really swing around fast ( sticking straight out behind) when you turned on the headland. The large gauge wheel was required as the power-traction hitch didn’t have draft control. I still have the 880 but unfortunately the plow was scrapped.
