That one in the picture sure looks like it could be factory built. I have used the cheapo ones sold by TSC type places. The one we have is round tubing and the center link attachment point is really high up and can cause some problems with interfering with parts on the tractor. I had it on the 4020 one time and the top link came up and touched the hook holder where you store the top link when unhooked from an implement. I just barely lifted it up a bit more until it did touch and the top link upper threaded part snapped like a pretzel.
