Figured out today after running it some more, that if I don’t completely boom completely back in toward tractor and leave say two inches of travel left in cylinder. It pushes the the tractor forward like it should, after figuring this out I’ve Been able to do what I need. The issue with lifting front end with loader still is a issue some times. I’m thinking it’s in the loader spool after missing with it.
