Been years since I worked on any of those things and as problematic as the steering was on them when new I sure would not want to go messing with the thing now. I do know the rear steering is a separate set up and not certain you want to try and tie them together. I know one of the old case tractors did what you want but it had a mode selector that allowed normal, or where bot steered the same way called crab and the the other where the rears went in revers of the front. I suppose if I were contemplating making the change I would look for a junk case and try to use that system or valve.
