Had to go through my tool folders. The pictured unit is missing the dirt shield. So they could take the picture. Absolutely a brute digging in your garden. Mine snapped off one inch roots like soda straws. Makes a beautiful fluffy soil bed in one pass. The first time you must go very slow for safety sakes. The next time you can go as fast as you want to go. Makes a trench about a foot deep and 9 or 10 inches wide. Terrific digger!
