Once Dad bought the SM-TA with the Fast 4th, it was all over except for the shouting for the '51 M. He did find a Fast 4th kit to put in the transmission so it now has the faster 2nd, 3rd, & 4th like a Super M, but it still has band brakes that work. Not hard to understand why FARMALL couldn't keep up building Super M's at FARMALL and sent 50 sets of parts to their Louisville plant every day to try to build enough of them in 1952. The popular Louisville Super M's. Some guys pay BIG premiums for a LVL SM, not sure why.
