hey guys,thanks for the replies.i am not sure if it has a plate on it,also I know the way I said it didn't sound this way,but if I can get a title,i plan on putting on the road and using as a work truck,which of course I would much rather see the truck on the road then on the shelf,so I will keep calling the dmv until I get a straight answer.i just feel it is too good of a deal to pass up,since all it needs is batteries but since it is a hour and a half away,i have yet to see it in person,because I want to be sure it is practical.thanks
