I saw one 3 row header set up for an F. Don�t know how it fit down the rows. They did make a 6 row for an F as well. Would be unloading every 1/3 of a round I�d think!
Most of the 4 row heads were set to fit an F or the slightly wider G with some strips of tin for filler. Not every header would convert tho, some had rigid welded top hooks. The convertibles had bolted down top hooks.
I just wasn�t around enough 3 row heads to know how those were handled. I should look through my manuals tomorrow, if there is any info. This is what you asked and I�m zero help.
