Most any fuel distributor will have it or be able to get it. IF they have a truck to deliver fuel oil or gas with they will be the guys to see. We keep ours inside year around. They even get there when they come. Barrels don't get left out. I keep a clean rag over the top of the spout on the pump and use clean jugs for the oil. More so down in the plains states than in the north. Around a spud digger is really terrible to keep things clean. All that sand blowing off chains and such.
