Are you sure you're not talking about a 235 or 255? I cannot find a listing for a 225.
If you're looking for some special place to kick or some kind of spray, I think you're out of luck. If they're so badly stuck that some back and forth doesn't break them free, they will have to be taken apart and serviced.
Odds are these brakes are on the axles, which means removing the wheels and the axle housings to access them.
Is it cold where you are? Don't discount the possibility of there simply being ice in the rear end of the tractor preventing it from moving. If it sat out for several years there is likely a significant amount of water in the rear end from rain intrusion and condensation.
