Your missing the point .Some people feel it is un American to purchase a foreign car . That is how I was raised and told by my parents .Since we were from Canada we would be darn good American citizens and buy American . As an Immigrant what else could I do ? what would be right ? Support my country and appreciate being an American . This to me was a priveledge not a right. To me and my family and a lot of my friends we can't understand why everyone does not buy American and support our own economy . I also support a view that foreign vehicles are not well made.
