Thanks Ron A piece of carpet makes a good "winterfront" to cover the grille of the tractor in hopes of building up a little heat in the engine in winter. The cardboard side panel is mainly to protect the diesel fuel filters from the cold wind which might cause fuel gelling in extreme conditions. Although in 25 winters I have never had it happen yet.
