Tractor-Satoh Mitsubishi Beaver Hydraulic pump replaced 4 years ago Original valves Cessna 30922-300 New valves Nortrac 45463 2spool valves Old valves replaced due to leaking badly. Still raised the bucket fine and rotated the bucket fine. Just would not hold bucket in place. Always slowly dropping. Ordered new 2 spool valves from Northern Hydraulics and installed. Bucket will raise up and bucket rotates fine just a little slower. When i put a full load of dirt or gravel on bucket it does not raise unless I give tractor full throttle. Not sure how many gpm old valve was, new one is rated for 12gpm but manual states 8gpm and 1000psi setting at factory that is adjustable. Put pressure gauge on input line and at idle gauge shows about 100 psi and when bucket raises it goes up to 500 psi. When bucket curls it goes to 800psi. So why will the bucket not raise up as it did originally? Is it just a pressure adjust on the valve, valve bad, wrong valve. Cannot find a lot of info online for old valve.

I dropped off the tractor expecting a transformation from a 6 volt to a 12 volt system utilizing the original generator housing, and a total rewiring of the whole tractor. The front end center pin bushing was worn also so I ask that they replace it if they had time. Well, that’s wha
