I have both , new tractors and old tractors. Not many old tractors in the 80-125 hp range that have 4wd. And living where there is winter with snow, and needing to use a tractor all year around, makes things like 4wd and a good cab a very desirable thing not found on old tractors. It really all depends on what you are doing with the tractor, and how adaptable the particular tractor is to the jobs you need done. Things like higher volume hydraulic pumps etc just aren�t available on old tractors, but you can add crank shaft driven pumps . But are you busy farming or being a mechanic/engineer or a farmer?
