Different motor mounts, the 466 motor mounts often line up with spring hangers. You will need a radiator with a charge air cooler, maybe get the one off your donor. The older S series and 3800 series IH trucks in your trucks size with DT466 often cracked the frame rails in the area of the motor mounts and there�s a OEM reinforcing piece that goes on the inside of each rail on t the top. You may want to consider installing them and maybe prevent the frame problem. I use to see the frame issue occasionally on school buses. Does your truck have a doghouse to accommodate the longer engine? I suppose you could cut the fire wall and use the dog house off your donor bus.
