I have no need for AC in this house. I don't complain about the heat unless it is pushing the high 70s and that rarely happens indoors. We did have 40C, I think that is close to 100F, on the day of the local car show in 2018. That had me looking for a shady spot but it only lasted for a day or so. I did need the AC working in the swather though.
