It is internet only. Basically a 3rd party seller using the wal mart name and web site as a store front. Allows wal mart a commission on things they do not sell. Allows the small 3rd party seller a mega store clientele and traffic. Gives the customer the piece of mind of dealing with a mega store as wal mart will make it right and deal with the small 3rd party.
About the same as small 3rd party sellers using amazon as a store front.
