Its like anything else its up to the individual to give to who they want or not give at all.Like the folks that stand at the stop lights with a bucket and sign with a sad story I don't ever give them a nickel but if someone wants to that is their business more power to them.I gave away several old tractors to a man and his son a couple pretty rare ones.Those two love this brand tractor and they are going to fix them up,they'd of never been able to afford to buy them,that is worth more to me than the money I could have sold them for or worse yet gone to scrap after I passed at my auction.
