Just about any shop that is equipped to produce something like a loader will have good welds. They have the equipment, every thing is clean and new, fits well, is assembled in fixtures and in the best possible position to get quick, easy, and good welds. The welders tend to get good at welding them because they do the same type work every day.
Where you find bad welds are when something has been modified to fit where it was never intended to fit, or it was broken or bent, and the component repaired or replaced. Some people are good at it, some are very good at it, and some are really, really bad! LOL
