I see the problem 1 It is a Generac.Those of us in the repair field call Genajunk. 2 It is a Generac Twin. Two 120 generators tied together.One gets more load than the other. It will burn the other out.A very bad idea from them.Parts have not been made in years. If at all. I have had several in the shop. Some parts were almost the price of a new unit.Best thing I can tell you is to buy a new Winco unit.If you want something to depend on. Maybe a good used one.
