15 should be plenty for your well and house,how many amp is on the breaker for the welder? Multiply your voltage (likely 240v) by the total max used amperage (likeky minimum 25+ under a decent load) and that will give you your consumed wattage. Ie say 240v drawing 30 amps consumes 7200 watts alone on the welder leaving you 7800 for the rest,still should be enough if everything�s working properly unless you use a lot of electricity in the house from electric heating sources.
