****1 = Four spd trans with pto
The suffix S normally stands for Sherman aux trans, if so there should be a shift lever on the left side of the trans in front of the clutch pedal or a hole in the side of the clutch housing were the lever once was.
The tractor is a 4000 industrial with 4 spd trans and pto, possibly has Sherman aux trans but I'm not fully versed on the Sherman.
33501 is a serial number for a tractor build in 1963
