I cant imagine how the would have loaded that tractor and implement into that barge (if that is what it is called). May be drove it in when the barge was flooded and then bailed out the water making it float BUT I dont think the sides are high enough for that . I have heard of floating a jeep by driving it in to the water on top of a tarp. Then they gather the tarp up around the jeep and tie it there . Next they pump out the water and it floats . This tractor and implement is much heavier. It would be a finicky balancing act as well -- it could easily start to tip and then flood and sink.
