Well with me having a bad back and bad knees and bad shoulder I have my shop set up so I do not do the lighting my chain hoist do that for me. 5 chain hosts on trolleys plus multiple places to hang them goes a long way in to not lifting things. Like unloading a riding lawn mower the other day. Just hook it up to a chain hoist lifted it out of the bed of the pickup and drove out form under it and then let ti down to the floor
