I think any of the cars built today would stand a good chance of still being alive 50-60 years from now.
I posted below about my dad having a Ford about that vintage. It was sold not running in about 1965. At only 12-13 years old it was no longer a road worthy car. And he owned a garage so fixing it would have cost him little more than the parts.
I don't remember it being rusted out or wrecked, it was just an old car with little resale value, no air conditioner, no bells and whistles.
Today it would be worth a considerable amount as a survivor or restored.
But thinking about the here and now, just about any 12-13 year old car, even with high mileage, doesn't seem that old to me. As long as it's not a rust bucket, I would still consider it a modern car.
I would consider about anything with fuel injection and OBD2 to be still a daily driver, so that would go back what, about 25 years!
