CH, I've been inside the ATT stadium twice, once for a tour, and then to hear Greg Laurie at the Harvest America Tour (never found a seat).
It's impressive, like a little city inside, all sorts of stuff going on, even on an off season day.
Looking up to the catwalks way up in the top, you loose perspective of just how big it is until you see an ant size person walking around up there!
The mechanicals, HVAC, electric sub stations, miles and miles of overlapping conduit, plumbing, communications cables, mind boggling!
The turf, there are something like 5 different turfs, pro, college, high school fields, soccer, baseball, maybe some others, all can be rolled up and changed for the occasion. They can even bring in dirt for rodeos and monster trucks, motocross, etc.
What I was not impressed with was the seating. VERY narrow seats. I'm average width, my butt was a tight fit. The big ol' boy next to me was spilling over both sides, very miserable for him and anyone on either side. Can't imagine sitting there through a game. Then they told us for the Superbowl, the arms are removed so more seats can be crammed in each row! NO WAY!
But it is quite a place. Nice to visit, but out of my reach on price or desire to participate in the real deal.

Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights. The garden was already sprouting when we hooked up the mid-mount shovel cultivators to the Pony. The seed bed was soft enough that the rear end would spin and slowly work its way to the downhill side of the gardens slight incline. From this, we learned our lesson sinc
