Let me get this straight. Your mother has inoperable terminal cancer. KMart's Doctor says she's fine and should go to work? Your mother, unfortunately does die, a month later, of that same inoperable cancer that KMArt said she didn't have? Meanwhile, KMart has "fired" her, canceled her insurance, and thrown her out on the street to die? WHY IN THE NAME OF GOD HAVEN"T YOU SUED KMART and ESPECIALLY THEIR DOCTOR FOR MALPRACTICE? ANY LAWSUIT LAWYER CAN TELL YOU THAT PAIN AND SUFFERING ARE WORTH BIG BUCKS!!! IT SURE WOULDN'T HELP YOUR MOTHER BUT IT MIGHT MAKE KMART UNHAPPIER!!! It seems very obvious that KMART knew your mother was dying and callously threw her out in order to save a few bucks! That is the meanest thing I ever heard of and next to ENRON, one of the most mean spirited corporate actions i've ever heard of. Certainly, one can easily say that KMART cares NOTHING for their employees, that's for sure!
