I have rebuilt several running gears over the past 11 years and found wheels to be standard among a variety of gear manufacturers. Either the 6" wide or the 8" wide wheel offers easy to find tires at reasonable prices. As a suggestion you can use 15"x6"(width of the wheel)5-bolt wheel or 15"x8" 5-bolt wheel. Both have a 4" diameter center hole. I have used both but with my parade wagons I prefer the 15"x6" wheel because the tires are less expensive. You can go to tyresizecalculator.com to determine the correct tire size range for any specific width wheel.
