California has put emission requirements on older diesel trucks in the last 10 or so years. Calif. has required all large, and small trucking operations to replace engines in trucks older than 2010, and fit exhaust filters on some newer trucks, plus other requirements, to reduce pollution. This has put hundreds of small trucking operations out of business. Some trucks entering Ca. have to change loads to trucks that are permitted to operate in the state. I wonder if any of other states do this? tractors may be next. I know I live in a wacky state no need to post negative remarks. Stan
