I have a 1992 Plymouth Voyager with an automatic overdrive. It has almost 170,000 miles on it and still going strong. I have never touched the tranny and we pull a camper with it in the summer. I guess I must just be lucky! My neighbor had a 1993 Voyager with the same tranny and had to have rebuilt ($1500) with about 80,000 miles. He sold the van with just over 120,000 and the transmission was still good. I am considering purchasing a newer dodge full size truck with an automatic. What have you heard about them? Do they have similar problems?
