I thought that all firefighters were professional. I know that there are full time, part time and volunteer firefighters, I have seen some of each act unprofessionally. Fortunately the high percentage of them are professional in preforming their duties. If you are refering to the volunteer firefighters being unprofessional I believe that you are wrong, they are doing a job because they want to do it, not for the money. I would like to remind you that about 80% of the firefighter/EMS in the U.S. are volunteer. If you think that they are not professional don't travel out of your professional firefighter area. If you were to have a accident or heart attack there would be no professioals to help you. It would be a lonely life if you couldn't leave your city.
