Red (redneck), Green (parts from other mower) The front wheels are off a lawn cart. They are 2 inches larger in diameter. Rear wheel are larger too. This raised the mower deck enough to mow over flower beds and not damage flowers. After a SNOW, it's time to put the mower to work tomorrow clearing dead flowers and leaves from beds. First I had to replace the drive belt. I Couldn't do the job without removing pulley on engine. And the transmission pulley.
I used a 10 hp tecumseh. Famous for leaky carbs. So I installed a 12v solenoid. I installed an air ride seat from another mower. Used 2x4s to elevate seat. I call it air ride, you can see lots of air under seat. The coffee can is a cup holder and tool box. Please post your Red/Green devices. I'll post pics of what this mower can do.
