I have a neighbor that bales whatever grows, then feeds it to his cattle over winter. Have seen him bale up over 50% cattails! I'm pretty sure he keeps those for last resort, but ideally, any animal would prefer the best food they could get. ...Although you're right - I've never heard any cattle complain. *lol*
