The back of my lot abuts a big industrial building - a factory. I've gotten to know the owner pretty well over the 12 years I've been here and keep an eye on the place. They have a 75 hp screw type air compressor that runs 27/7/365. The owner had his maintenance guys drill a hole through the concrete block wall and put a 1/2" air tap out there for me. I ran a rubber hose from there into my garage. It's regulated to 90 psi but it's unlimited. Not enough pressure to run impact wrenches but enough to paint tractors, air up tires, run my die grinders, needle scaler, etc. To say I'm grateful to him would be an understatement.
