My mother was a professor at the Colorado School of Nursing for twenty five years. She was the head of nutrition. Member of the American Dietetic Assoc. and American Heart Assoc. The list goes on but I can't remember all her credentials. She ate proper all her life, still does at 96 years old! Never smoked a day in her life yet she has macular degeneration.
