Farther search shows the 4610 orchard has the same front axle, bolster and steering as a standard AP tractor but has the shorter axle drops and spindles found on the 3930 model as well as 24" rear wheels.
Rear tires look to be the wider 16.9-24's.
It's basically a low profile version of the standard 4610 AP tractor.
I'm not a fan of the 24" wheel and it would be a easy swap to replace them with the more popular 14.9-28 tire and well combo.
