Not sure on 4610 but the 4000 with 28" rear wheels had them on both sides. The 4000 (4100) with 38" wheels had only on left side. Then the flat deck was a row crop avaible with wide and narrow front ends and 38" wheels was a 4000 (4200) and not sure how it was setup. I had a 68 4100 plastic grill and a 65 4100 steel grill. Gas engine and 8 speed.
