The backhoe loader hydraulic system uses automatic transmission oil type "A" or fluid conforming to MF Specification M1110 (or equivalent). The loader frame is also the reservoir for this fluid and fluid is usually added through a breather cap next to the loader valve.
The transmission uses oil conforming to MF Specifications M1129A (or equivalent).
The power steering uses automatic transmission oil type "A".
You will get many opinions on what alternatives to use, but as long as the oil you use meets the above specifications you should be OK. I use a "Traveller Premium Universal Tractor Trans/Hydraulic Fluid" from Tractor Supply Company in my transmission and loader and Type A trans fluid in my power steering.
