Just one Badtrans, LOL? There was a rash of them back around Christmas and I got over 75 copies from different folks in the same day and a total of over 1000 before it was all over. In fact I still get one every other day or so. Thank you for 'quarantining' it and not opening, infecting and passing it on! That said...have you tried ignoring Nortons and just deleteing it from your 'deleted' file in Outlook Express? Highlight it, (DO NOT OPEN IT) right click and choose delete, then 'YES' when it asks if you are sure you want to do that...
