As long as the pulleys are in line & the alternator can pivot to tighten the belt, then you should be OK.

There is no need for a flat washer on the adjustment strap at the alternator end, the spring washer will bite into the strap itself & without the superfluous washer the bolt will be long enough to engage fully with the alternator threads.
