Seems like all the early JD 10 and 20 series had it and my 4450 has it as an option. The Versatile and Steiger 4WD tractors had a foot decelerator pedal control which would reduce engine speed from the throttle lever setting to idle or anything in between. Very handy for turning or getting through a rough or tight area. As soon as you release the pedal the speed returns to the lever setting.
