Co-oP was manufactured in Canada, pretty well the same as Cockshutt..has 'made in Canada' cast into the clutch housing.. Still have the E-3 [30] that dad bought new in '49, still works for a living [and finally paid for..:)]..basic difference in 1949 when dad bought his was 1] cockshutt had hydraulics, co-op didn't 2] cockshutt had live 540 pt, co-op has clutch driven [not live] and had a 2 speed on the pto, as the tranny had a 2 speed also, so you could get 540 pto with the tranny in either high ot low range.. i use it to give a 350 pto, a 540, and a 800 speed [nice for mower]
