I'm missing three upper molars. I considered implants, but there's so little bone between tooth bed and sinus cavities, dentist is not hopeful. He said I would have to have cadaver bone transplants to provide a foundation for the implant studs, and he would offer no guarantees even then. I'm going to have to settle for a bridge. Point is, implants are not a slam-dunk for everyone.
