In my opinion it shouldn�t start any later than normal morning start times at regular hour jobs. Our instructor at trade school was telling the group the other day that in the real world ,we�re not all winners ,we�re not all going to get a trophy and if we�re lazy and unreliable we�re going to get fired and there�s nothing our mommies and daddies can do about it. None of this were all special everyone gets a trophy and there�s no winners and loosest. He said the way HR is handling millennials is they take the ones into a meeting that aren�t pulling their weight and ask them,�do you like working here? Do you want to continue working here? What do we need to do to make it that we can keep employing you here?� No bs or sugar coating.
